     For companies that are continuously hiring new employees or promote new managers, this package is suitable for your team. Minimize the risk of toxic work culture with the benefits of having periodic training sessions twice a year or in four quarterly sessions. Additional attention will also be provided to first-year managers’ understanding of their new leadership role. This package will give participants tangible skills in identifying healthy workplace behaviors.
