Have you noticed a change in your child's behavior? Is he or she less social and reserve, or perhaps not eating or sleeping well?
Has your child become increasingly emotional or are they demonstrating unusual frustration and you don't know why?
Has your child's grades suddenly dropped, or gradually declined?
Is school no longer an interest to your child? And does the thought of going to school make your child anxious and struggle to attend?
Is your child coming home from school with unexplained injuries or missing or damaged items?
Do you suspect your child is being bullied at school and you are in need of help and support?
CHOOSE THE BEST SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR SCHOOL BULLYING ISSUE
RESILIENCE: HOW TO RECOGNIZE BULLYING + RECLAIM YOUR POWER
In this empowering session, victimized students and their parents will gain the education, empowerment and encouragement to be resilient in the face of classroom bullying and cyberbullying. Students will learn how to stop the bullying behavior by taking complete power away from the bully without the use of violence. After weeks or months or years of bullying, students will realize in less than one hour why they don't have to succumb to their victimization, but instead, can take back their power and actually control the situation. Also, parents will understand how important it is for them to be persistent, and vigilant of every resource or persons available to help.
TAKE ACTION: GET HELP
Through this message, students will be inspired to seek help and support from a friend or a trusted adult such as a parent, guardian, mentor, coach, counselor, etc. The objective is to have students understand that there is always someone who cares and they should never assume their concerns are not important, or worth sharing. The underlying message will consist of taking the first step to solving the problem by sharing it with someone else.
FOR SCHOOL FACULTY/ADMINISTRATORS
LIFESAVER: THE IMPACT OF YOUR ACTIONS OR INACTIONS
Times have changed and bullying is not harmless child’s play. Children are dying and as a teacher or school administrator your perception of bullying could save a student’s life. In this thought provoking training, staff will learn how and why to take every complaint as if a student’s entire life depends on it, as well as, how to do their due diligence and immediately address the problem. We’ll reinforce why all school staff who are aware or involved with a bullying incident must make it their priority to stop the behavior by promptly enforcing school bullying policies.
I will work closely with your school board members to implement policies and effective procedures that are proven to work. I will help your educational team stay current and up-to date with the latest in cyberbullying and tech advances that affect your students. School bullying policies are a new frontier in educational regulations that may seem daunting at first. I can help your policy makers write effective policies that will make a real difference in your family-school-community culture.
Parents want help and support from schools, and if they have to fight or struggle to get the help they need, then I am willing to take a stance and lend them my professional aid and support to make the process a lot easier for them. As a parent, when our children hurt, we hurt as well. And when they come to us for help, we must do everything in our power to do just that. Our children should enjoy going to school to learn and build healthy relationships, not feel as though they're in a jungle or entering a battlefield, fighting for survival. Parents, you don't have to advocate for your children alone, let's do it together.
