HOW TO COPE WITH WORKPLACE BULLYING
In this training session, employees who have experienced or witnessed bullying by either a co-worker or a supervisor or manager, will have the opportunity to understand the typical symptoms and warning signs of workplace bullying. As equally important, workers will also learn how to best cope with the psychological and physical consequences of their experience.
HOW TO REPORT WORKPLACE BULLYING
Like some students, some workers may hesitate to report bullying because of fear of retaliation, or not being taken seriously. Nonetheless, bullying is a serious problem that even though it may not be considered unlawful behaviors as with harassment, however, it creates moral problems and other issues among colleagues and within the company/organization, such as lawsuits, investigations, turnover, etc. Therefore, it is essential to report bullying to the appropriate person(s). Workers who attend this training will be empowered to take steps toward resolving the bullying issue. Attendees will learn action steps that they can use when reporting bullying incidents to supervisors, managers, human resource representatives, or other employees such as risk management personnel designated to receive work-related complaints and reports.
CONSULTING FOR ORGANIZATIONS
My consulting services include helping organizations identify and refine their organizational culture by research through focus groups, individual interviews (structured or semi-structured), and surveys. I will also provide policy writing as part of my service. And lastly, the leadership team and workers will identify their default style when under stress and even understanding their level of sensitivity.
